Welcome to Hockey Skates. A blog where I hope to explore life and sports. I am a fan of all things sports but like to think I have some common sense on what it means to be a sports fan. I don’t agree with publicly funded stadiums, I think the NCAA is hypocrisy at its best, think that life and sports are intertwined in a beautiful perverse way, and love every minute of it.

My main focus will be on sports and how I view different topics, but will also sprinkle in other musings about life in general. I might entertain you or I might bore you, hopefully you will come back often. Feel free to leave comments and let me know what you are thinking.
