This was brought to my attention from a friend on Twitter. Michael is a Noblesville, Indiana teenager who is battling Acute Myelogenous Leukemia, he also happens to be a hockey player, which is alright in my book. He has hit his maximum insurance limits and is need of a bone marrow transplant. You can read more about Michael’s story and how you can help he and his family by visiting his CaringBridge Page.
I have never met Michael nor his family but sometimes you just need to step up, if this helps raise an extra $20, I will be proud to have helped. So if you have it in your heart I am sure his family would appreciate your support and prayers.
Update: The CarinBridge site seems to time out sessions so the links above may not work - hopefully this link works otherwise you can cut and past this URL into your browser - http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/michaeltreinen
