I have been trying to figure out what places are the most known for tennis for both learning and serious competition. A place that is good for being spotted as talent and have many chances to enter a variety of tournies and even regular amateur games for practice.

Now i dont mean just a place that has one good school. I mean a place that has many schools, and many teachers and many courts so that there is variety and prices that stay low due to competition.

Like for instance.. I’m currently living in the Golfing capital (from what everyone tells me) of myrtle beach, sc. Golf is everywhere i look. I was curious if similiar areas exist for tennis. I want to take this sport more seriously and go into tournaments if possible but i feel i should be in a place where i can have a chance to practice with as many people as i can.
